Better decision making on purpose.
The Decision System Blueprint
A paid diagnostic that maps how your business makes one recurring decision, then delivers a written, engineered blueprint for running that decision as a system.
Why do you
keep making inconsistent decisions?
Decisions get re-litigated. The same questions come back every quarter. The founder is the bottleneck. AI tools added speed without adding judgment.
The gap is not information. It is a system.
Most teams have process documents for operations, finance, and HR. Almost none have a documented system for how decisions get made. That is why decisions feel different every time.

What is a Decision System?
A Decision System is a structured model for how one recurring decision gets made. It defines the inputs that feed the decision, the logic that converts those inputs into an answer, the scenarios that pressure-test it, and the thresholds that trigger action.
Without a system, the same decision gets re-argued every quarter and the answer changes depending on who is in the room. With one, the decision runs the same way every time and holds up when someone asks how you reached it.
“Clarity is not found. It’s constructed.”
What the Blueprint Delivers
The engineered Blueprint document.
A 10 to 12 page specification for one high-leverage decision in your business. Built as an engineering document, not a sales deck. Yours to keep whether or not you build the system.
The decision anatomy.
A clear breakdown of what feeds the decision today and what should. Hidden assumptions get named. Downstream consequences get mapped.
The system architecture.
A diagram of how the decision should run as a system: inputs, modeling layer, output, threshold logic, action. This is the centerpiece of the document.
The modeling approach.
How the decision gets modeled. The deterministic parts: formulas, rules, weighted criteria. The probabilistic parts: scenario testing and uncertainty. Shown with one worked example on your actual decision.
The AI integration assessment.
Where AI belongs in the system and where it does not. If the decision does not need AI, the Blueprint says so plainly.
The build plan and price range
A phased plan to build the system, with a defined price range from the SDIF Calculator. If you choose to build within 30 days of handoff, the $495 is credited toward it.
The Blueprint is an engineered specification you own. Not advice. Not a deck.
How the Blueprint is Built
01
1.
Apply.
Short form. You qualify or you do not. We value your time (and ours), so if you are not a good fit for the Blueprint, we'll let you know up front.
02
2.
Diagnostic Call.
45 minutes. We isolate the highest-leverage decision in your business and what identify the inputs, variable, and desired outputs.
03
3.
Design.
10 business days. Stark builds the Blueprint.
04
4.
Handoff.
30-minute walkthrough. You own the document.
Who the Blueprint is Built For
This is for you if:
- You are an operator or founder
- You make this decision on a recurring basis
- You're the bottleneck on recurring decisions
- You want a system, not advice
This is NOT for you if:
- You want a coach
- You want a strategy deck
- You want someone to make the decision for you
- The decision only comes up once
Why Stark Analytics
Christian Torres founded Stark Analytics after years inside complex businesses where decisions kept getting re-litigated and the founder was always the bottleneck. The pattern was the same regardless of company size: smart teams, good intent, no system.
Stark exists to fix that. The philosophy is simple. AI generates options. Stark designs the system that produces consistent, accountable decisions.

The Decision System Blueprint
$495
This includes the diagnostic call, the written Blueprint document,
and the handoff walk-through.
The Stark Guarantee
Two guarantees. Both in writing.
Diagnostic Guarantee
If after the diagnostic call Stark does not believe a Blueprint will produce a system worth more than the fee, the engagement ends and the fee is refunded in full. No Blueprint built. No questions asked.
Outcome Guarantee
If you apply the Blueprint to at least one decision with your team and do not believe the system produced value greater than the fee, request a refund within 30 days of handoff and Stark refunds in full.
The risk on this engagement is on Stark, not on you.
All the details, explained
What is a Decision System?
A Decision System is a structured model for how one recurring decision gets made. It defines the inputs that feed the decision, the logic that converts those inputs into an answer, the scenarios that pressure-test it, and the thresholds that trigger action. Without a system, the same decision gets re-argued every quarter and the answer changes depending on who is in the room. With one, the decision runs the same way every time and holds up when someone asks how you reached it.
How is this different from consulting or coaching?
Consultants give you advice and leave. Coaches help you think but produce nothing you keep. The Blueprint is a written specification: a complete design for how one decision should run as a system. You own the document. If you decide to have the system built, that is the SDIF engagement, and the Blueprint maps directly into it.
How long does the Blueprint take?
14 business days from diagnostic call to handoff. The diagnostic call happens in week one. Design and delivery of the Blueprint document take up to 10 business days after that.
Who is this not for?
The Blueprint is for a recurring decision. It is not the right fit if the decision only comes up once, if the stakes are genuinely low, or if you are not the person who makes or shares the call. It is also not for buyers who want a strategy deck rather than an engineered system, or who want someone else to make the decision for them.
What happens after the Blueprint is delivered?
You have three options. Build the system yourself using the Blueprint as the specification. Take up to 30 days to decide. Or engage Stark to build it through the SDIF. The Blueprint is yours to keep regardless of which you choose.
Do you offer implementation?
Yes. Clients who want the system built and installed can engage Stark for the SDIF build. Implementation is never sold cold. It is offered only after the Blueprint is delivered. If you proceed within 30 days of handoff, the $495 Blueprint fee is credited toward the build.
Does this work for a solo operator or a small team?
Yes. The Blueprint is built around one recurring decision, not around the size of your team. A solo operator who makes a high-stakes decision on a regular basis benefits from a decision system as much as a larger team does, sometimes more, because there is no one else in the room to pressure-test the call. What matters is that the decision recurs and the stakes are real.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. Two, both in writing. If after the diagnostic call Stark does not believe a Blueprint will produce a system worth more than the fee, the engagement ends and the fee is refunded in full. If you apply the delivered Blueprint to at least one decision and do not believe it produced value greater than the fee, request a refund within 30 days of handoff and Stark refunds in full.
